The Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) has announced a new internship opportunity for aspiring professionals by inviting applications for the position of Project Coordination Intern in Islamabad and Karachi. The programme is designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in project management, event coordination and stakeholder engagement while working within Pakistan’s leading technology industry association. Through this internship, P@SHA aims to provide young professionals with exposure to real-world projects and help them build the skills needed for successful careers in the country’s rapidly growing IT sector.

According to the announcement, selected interns will work closely with the organization’s project teams, contributing to outreach campaigns, event management and coordination activities. The role also includes assisting with planning, creating and scheduling content for P@SHA’s social media platforms, supporting digital marketing campaigns and helping maintain brand consistency across communications. Interns will also be involved in designing basic promotional materials using Canva and collaborating with the Economy Coordinator on outreach initiatives, providing them with hands-on experience across multiple areas of project execution and communications.

P@SHA is seeking candidates who have completed, or are in the final year of, a bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines. Applicants should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with Google Workspace and basic knowledge of Canva are considered valuable, while prior experience with social media management and content creation will be an added advantage.

The internship offers an opportunity for students and fresh graduates to work within one of Pakistan’s most influential technology organizations while gaining exposure to industry events, policy initiatives and ecosystem development activities. By participating in projects that involve collaboration with technology companies, government stakeholders and industry partners, interns will have the chance to develop professional networks and acquire practical experience that can strengthen their future career prospects in the technology and digital economy sectors.

Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume and cover letter to careers@pasha.org.pk. With positions available in both Islamabad and Karachi, the internship provides an accessible entry point for young professionals looking to contribute to Pakistan’s technology ecosystem while developing project management, communication and organizational skills in a professional environment.
