Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has invited Pakistani technology companies to participate in LEAP 2026, one of the region’s largest technology exhibitions, as part of efforts to expand the country’s presence in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing digital economy. The initiative aims to help local technology firms connect directly with Saudi buyers, investors and business leaders while supporting the continued growth of Pakistan’s information technology exports. According to PSEB, Saudi Arabia has become an increasingly important destination for Pakistani technology companies, with IT exports to the Kingdom growing by 45 percent over the past year. The organization believes the expanding demand for digital solutions presents significant opportunities for Pakistani firms offering technology services across multiple sectors.
Scheduled to take place from August 31 to September 3, 2026, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, LEAP 2026 is expected to bring together approximately 200,000 technology professionals, 1,900 global investors and thousands of businesses from around the world. During the previous edition, the event announced technology related deals valued at approximately $14.9 billion, highlighting its importance as a global platform for business development, investment and innovation. Through a dedicated Pakistan Pavilion, PSEB will provide participating companies with an opportunity to showcase their products and services directly to Saudi organizations actively seeking international technology partners. The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, which focuses on digital transformation, economic diversification and technology driven growth across sectors including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, cybersecurity and smart city development.
To encourage greater participation, PSEB is offering financial support by subsidizing 58 percent of exhibition booth costs for eligible Pakistani companies. In addition to exhibition space, participating firms will receive access to curated business to business meetings with more than 300 Saudi decision makers before the event begins. These pre arranged meetings are intended to help Pakistani companies engage directly with potential customers, partners and investors, increasing opportunities for commercial collaboration and long term business relationships. PSEB said the initiative is designed to strengthen Pakistan’s technology exports by creating direct access to one of the fastest growing digital markets in the Middle East while supporting local companies seeking international expansion.
PSEB has announced that applications for participation will remain open until July 22, with limited exhibition spaces available for Pakistani companies. The organization has encouraged technology firms working in Artificial Intelligence, cloud services, fintech, cybersecurity, smart city solutions and related digital technologies to submit their applications before the deadline. By facilitating participation in LEAP 2026, PSEB aims to strengthen Pakistan’s visibility within the international technology ecosystem, expand export opportunities for local companies and support the long term growth of the country’s information technology sector through stronger engagement with regional and global markets.
