The Pakistan Software Export Board is opening a route for Pakistani fintech companies to take their solutions directly to one of the region’s biggest financial markets, inviting applications to join Money 20/20 Middle East 2026 in Riyadh from September 14 to 16. The event, organized by Tahaluf in partnership with Fintech Saudi, drew more than 38,500 attendees, 450 speakers and 1,050 investors at its inaugural 2025 edition, positioning it as a major platform for fintech companies looking to expand into the Gulf region.

Under the offer, PSEB is covering 60 percent of the participation cost, bringing the subsidized cost for Pakistani companies down to 725,000 rupees. Participation includes a 9 square meter pre-built booth within the Pakistan Pavilion, business networking access across GCC and international markets, waived co-exhibitor and lead scanner fees, and on-ground support from PSEB throughout the event. The structure mirrors PSEB’s established approach of subsidizing pavilion space at major international tech and fintech conferences to lower the barrier for Pakistani companies entering new markets.

The opportunity is specifically aimed at Pakistani fintech companies looking to put their solutions in front of investors, financial institutions, technology leaders and potential GCC partners, giving smaller fintech firms a more affordable entry point into a market that has historically required significant independent investment to access. Applications must include the required Pay Order or bank draft in favour of the Pakistan Software Export Board, with the last date to apply set for August 31, 2026.

The initiative reflects continued collaboration between PSEB, the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan and Tech Destination Pakistan to expand market access for the country’s growing fintech sector. With Pakistan’s fintech ecosystem continuing to grow, PSEB’s subsidized participation model at events like Money 20/20 Middle East is intended to help local companies scale beyond the domestic market and build direct relationships with GCC based investors and financial institutions.
