Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has opened the bidding process for firms interested in providing secured office space, furnishing, and associated services under its flagship project “Revamping IT Industry Landscape” in Islamabad. This initiative reflects PSEB’s ongoing efforts to strengthen infrastructure for the country’s IT sector, enhance operational capabilities for stakeholders, and establish modern, secure working environments for businesses under its umbrella. By inviting sealed proposals from reputed firms, PSEB is seeking to ensure that the selected partners meet high standards of quality and security in their offerings.

According to the details provided, all proposals must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Procurement and Auctioning Data System (EPADS) to streamline transparency and efficiency. The deadline for submission is 26 September 2025 at 03:00 PM. Interested firms can access the bidding documents and further details through eprocure.gov.pk as well as via the shortened link tinyurl.com/4t9bahmu. This digital-first approach ensures that only electronic submissions will be considered, reinforcing PSEB’s move toward paperless processes and faster evaluation cycles.

The “Revamping IT Industry Landscape” project is designed to create a conducive environment for technology companies and IT professionals in Pakistan’s capital. By securing modern office space equipped with advanced furnishings and support services, PSEB aims to provide a strong foundation for IT firms to operate more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and contribute to the country’s growing digital economy. The project also signals PSEB’s commitment to upgrading its facilities to meet international standards, positioning Pakistan as a more attractive destination for IT investments.

Firms participating in the bidding process are expected to demonstrate their capacity to deliver secure and reliable infrastructure solutions. This includes adherence to quality standards, compliance with security protocols, and the ability to meet tight project timelines. With Pakistan’s IT exports continuing to expand, PSEB’s call for proposals offers service providers an opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the national IT ecosystem. Interested bidders are encouraged to review the bidding documents thoroughly to understand the scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria outlined by PSEB.

Through initiatives like this, PSEB continues to act as a key facilitator for Pakistan’s technology industry, ensuring that local and international firms have access to world-class infrastructure and services. The submission deadline of September 26 provides ample time for firms to prepare comprehensive proposals that reflect their expertise and commitment to supporting the country’s IT landscape.
