PASTIC Presents National Information Technology and Computer Tools Exhibit

Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) is a subsidiary of the Pakistan Science Foundation under the umbrella of Ministry of Science & Technology. It is a specialized premier national organization in the field of S&T Information Management and Dissemination. PASTIC caters to the Science and Technology information needs of researchers from universities, Research & Development organizations and the industry.

PASTIC on the 17th to the 19th of November, is all set to organize the National Exhibition on IT & Computer Tools for Science & Education -2017 at the Pak China Friendship Center in Islamabad. The formal launch ceremony of the exhibition will be held at the Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), on the 10th of October 2017 at 3pm.

The idea behind the national exhibition is to showcase modern ICT technologies, business ideas; display innovative educational products and ideas and connect the professionals with the emerging youth.

The exhibition is aiming to host more than a hundred participants who will be displaying their latest innovations and technological achievements. All the major players in the IT industry in Pakistan will also be attending the event along with major IT universities and academic institutes from across the country.

According to the event brief, there will be three different pavilions at the exhibition. These will be related to Computer Hardware and Accessories, Computer software, and Innovative ideas, where organizations, as well as students will get a chance to showcase their innovations and ideas to the industry and audience at large.
