Dubai Islamic Bank Chooses C-Square For Social Media, WhatsApp Banking Partner

Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan has selected C Square to adopt Social Media Banking (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter) in order to give its customers with the best possible banking experience.
The Genesys social media banking solution, which is secure, dependable, and easy to use, will enable Dubai Islamic Bank’s objective to provide clients with secure and technologically advanced financial solutions, minimising user effort while improving positive customer experience.

Syed Zaka Ur Rehman, Corporate Digital Banking & Marketing Dubai Islamic Bank, and Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO & CO-Founder C Square, inked the agreement in the presence of key stakeholders at C Square’s head office in Karachi.

“In order to keep up with changing customer behaviour, banks must gear up to deliver services that are conveniently available to their customers,” Syed Zaka Ur Rehman remarked during the event. Customers will have a more engaging experience with social media banking, which will be seamless, quick, and secure. It is critical for banks to embrace this change.”

“This is a watershed moment in an industry where organisations are stressing the use of new and popular platforms like WhatsApp, Twitter, and Facebook,” Ahsan Mashkoor noted. At C Square, we’re working hard to create new engagement channels that use AI-enabled conversational technologies to provide simple banking services.”

In the EMEA region, C Square has successfully deployed 60+ Contact Centers. C Square sets a high goal for itself by incorporating cutting-edge technology into customer experience management.
