Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) is set to represent Pakistan at Contact.io 2026, with 26 Pakistani technology companies participating in the international event scheduled to take place from August 23 to August 25 in Denver, Colorado. The association announced the participating companies through its social media channels, highlighting their participation as an opportunity to showcase Pakistan technology and business process outsourcing capabilities to international audiences. The companies will have the opportunity to present their services and solutions to global industry leaders, establish business connections and explore potential opportunities in international markets. Contact.io 2026 brings together companies and professionals associated with contact centres, customer experience, business process outsourcing, artificial intelligence and related technology services. Pakistan participation at the event provides local technology companies with a platform to engage with international businesses and demonstrate the range of services available from the country IT and outsourcing sector. P@SHA said the participating companies represent Pakistan technology industry and will use the event to connect with global industry leaders while exploring new business opportunities. The participation also highlights the growing focus among Pakistani technology companies on international markets and direct engagement with potential clients and industry partners.

The 26 companies participating under the Pakistan delegation include 7Tel Solutions, Abacus Technologies, ABFA Technologies, Al Rehman Communication, All Star BPO, Blue Cross, Brave BPO, CPL Leads, Dark Sky, DriveTechBPO, GO BPO, Kareemiya Technologies & BPO, Leads Expert Group, Leadszone Marketing, Mighty Knights Communications, NEXTEL BPO, NextGen Technologies, Smart Brains BPO, Trendz BPO, Wise Medical Billing, WORKERZ LLC, Zaka Solutions, AI-Rehman Communication, AI STAR BPO and one additional participating company listed by P@SHA in its event announcement. Their presence at Contact.io 2026 will allow them to introduce their capabilities to potential international customers and business partners while learning about developments taking place across the global contact centre and customer experience industry. For companies operating in the business process outsourcing segment, international events can provide opportunities to develop commercial relationships and identify demand for specialised services. The participation also gives smaller and growing Pakistani technology businesses an avenue to present their offerings directly to audiences outside the domestic market.

P@SHA participation is being carried out alongside Tech Destination Pakistan and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications, with the delegation representing the broader Pakistani technology industry at the event. The association has highlighted the participation as an opportunity for local companies to showcase their solutions, connect with international industry leaders and explore new business opportunities. The presence of multiple companies under a collective Pakistan delegation can also give international visitors a broader view of the services being delivered by businesses operating from the country. Companies involved in BPO, lead generation, customer experience and technology services increasingly rely on international clients, making access to overseas markets an important part of their business development activities. By participating in Contact.io 2026, the companies can engage with organisations looking for technology and outsourcing services while also gaining exposure to international industry practices. The event is therefore expected to provide a setting for business discussions, networking and potential commercial relationships between Pakistani companies and international participants.

The participation of 26 Pakistani companies at Contact.io 2026 also gives P@SHA an opportunity to highlight the capabilities of the country’s technology and services sector on an international platform. The association has encouraged attention toward the participating companies and said it will share highlights from the event as the delegation takes part in the programme. For the participating businesses, the event can provide opportunities to demonstrate their expertise, develop connections and identify potential clients in international markets. The delegation includes companies with experience across BPO, communication, lead generation, customer experience and other technology-enabled services, reflecting the range of activities within Pakistan’s growing IT and business services sector. The participation in Denver is also aligned with efforts by Pakistani technology companies to increase their international visibility and establish relationships with businesses in major overseas markets. Through the collective presence of these companies, P@SHA and its partners are providing a platform for Pakistani businesses to present their capabilities while exploring commercial opportunities at Contact.io 2026.
