PASHA will send a delegation to Contact.IO 2026 in Denver, Colorado, from August 23 to 25, 2026, as the global contact center and customer experience industry gathers for discussions, networking and industry engagement. The event brings together leaders, technology companies and innovators from across the contact center and customer experience sectors, providing an international platform for participants to exchange industry insights and explore developments shaping customer engagement and related technologies.

The PASHA delegation’s participation will provide an opportunity to engage with international representatives attending Contact.IO 2026 and gain exposure to developments across the global contact center industry. Contact centers have increasingly incorporated digital platforms, automation, artificial intelligence and other technology solutions into customer service operations, making industry events such as Contact.IO an avenue for companies and organizations to examine emerging approaches and solutions. The event is expected to bring together participants with different areas of expertise, allowing attendees to discuss developments in customer experience and the technologies being adopted to support communication between businesses and their customers.

Contact.IO 2026 will also provide a setting for networking and knowledge exchange among professionals working across the contact center and customer experience ecosystem. Participants can connect with global industry leaders and innovators while exploring solutions relevant to customer engagement, contact center operations and technology driven service delivery. For PASHA, participation in the event provides an opportunity to maintain engagement with international industry stakeholders and observe emerging trends in a market that continues to adopt new technologies to improve customer interactions and operational processes. The delegation’s presence also places Pakistan’s technology industry within a broader international forum focused on customer experience and contact center developments.

The PASHA delegation is scheduled to participate in the event from August 23 through August 25, with updates expected to be shared during the conference. The participation reflects PASHA’s continued engagement with international technology and business events where Pakistani technology sector representatives can connect with global companies and industry professionals. As Contact.IO 2026 brings together participants from the contact center and customer experience industry in Denver, the PASHA delegation will have opportunities to exchange knowledge, establish professional connections and follow developments in emerging customer experience solutions. Further updates from the delegation are expected as the event takes place.
