PASHA is collaborating with NIC Karachi to organize a dedicated masterclass for tech founders on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 3 PM. Designed for a select circle of PASHA founders, the event aims to move beyond conventional presentations and deliver a deeply interactive experience focused on refining product strategies and overcoming the roadblocks preventing MVPs from scaling effectively.

The session will be led by two seasoned professionals — business coach Hammad Amjad and tech strategist Omer Khan. Both bring years of experience in guiding entrepreneurs from concept to execution, and their approach for this masterclass will center on practical engagement. Rather than relying on generic lectures, the program will integrate live workshops, real-world founder scenarios, and case studies to ensure attendees walk away with actionable strategies.

NIC Karachi, known for supporting early-stage companies through grants, mentorship, and workspace facilities, will also give attendees a closer look into its Cohort 14. This offers an opportunity to learn about the resources, guidance, and ecosystem available to startups ready to grow their ventures. The event not only provides learning value but also enables meaningful peer-to-peer exchange, creating an environment where founders can openly discuss challenges, explore solutions, and strengthen their business roadmaps.

Participants can expect a structured yet collaborative environment where they actively build upon their ideas, identify gaps in their current product plans, and gain clarity on scaling strategies. The emphasis is on tackling real barriers faced by startups — whether technical, strategic, or market-related — and finding ways to overcome them through focused guidance.

As an exclusive gathering limited to PASHA founders, the masterclass aims to maintain a high level of relevance and depth. This ensures that the conversations remain aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the Pakistani tech startup community. Beyond the scheduled program, the event will also serve as a networking hub, enabling participants to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and potential collaborators.

With NIC Karachi’s platform and PASHA’s network, the masterclass is positioned to offer more than just advice — it’s about equipping founders with the tools and perspectives necessary to refine their products and scale in competitive markets. The mix of practical exercises, expert insights, and targeted networking promises an engaging and results-driven experience for those serious about building impactful tech solutions.

Founders interested in attending can secure their spot by registering at nickarachi.com/exclusive. The session will be held at NIC Karachi and begins promptly at 3 PM, offering an afternoon dedicated to transforming ideas into scalable, market-ready products.
