GITEX Watch: Pakistani IT Companies Set to Showcase Expertise at GITEX Global 2024

Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) has announced that leading Pakistani IT services providers, startups, and exporters will be participating in the prestigious GITEX Global 2024 event in Dubai from October 14th to 18th.

Sajjad Mustafa Syed, Chairman of P@SHA, highlighted the significance of GITEX Global for Pakistan’s economy and IT exports. With over 180 countries represented, 200,000 trade buyers, 65,000 IT executives, and 7,000 multinational companies, the event offers a unique platform for Pakistani businesses to showcase their capabilities and generate valuable leads.

Syed expressed optimism that Pakistani companies could secure up to $500 million in leads through their participation in GITEX Global.

P@SHA’s previous successful participation in GITEX Global, in collaboration with the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), Tech Destination Pakistan, and Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), has led to Pakistan being recognized as the Tech Destination of the Year for 2024.

Muhammad Umair Nizam, Senior Vice Chairman of P@SHA and Chairman of the Brand Committee, emphasized the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusion in driving rapid growth within the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) industry.

Nadeem Malik, Secretary General of P@SHA, announced that prominent Pakistani exhibitors and delegates include Quixas Technology Pvt Ltd, Wateen Solutions, AutoSoft Dynamics, KODERLABS, Dynamics 360, Creation Next, and Bits Collision, among others.
