In a bid to enhance service accessibility and alleviate long queues outside National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) offices, the Pakistan Post has generously offered three additional locations in Karachi. The newly designated spots include post offices in Saddar and Bolton Market.

This strategic collaboration aims to improve service efficiency and cater to the growing demand for NADRA’s services in the city. Postmaster General Mustafa Kamal disclosed that seven post office centers in Karachi are already actively providing various services in partnership with NADRA. These services encompass the renewal of national identity cards, change of address, and updates to marital status.

Within just a month of implementation, more than 1,250 citizens have availed themselves of these services, highlighting the immediate impact of the collaboration. In response to the positive reception, discussions are underway regarding the possibility of establishing additional counters at the seven main post offices across the city.

Mustafa Kamal emphasized that dedicated staff is available to assist citizens from 9 am to 4 pm at all seven post offices in Karachi, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for the public. This collaborative effort not only signifies a boost in service accessibility but also reflects a proactive approach to addressing the evolving needs of the community.
