Citizens can now access NADRA e-Sahulat and e-Stamp services at the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz in Islamabad, according to National Information Technology Board, which said the addition of these services is aimed at making essential government facilities more accessible in one location.

The newly available NADRA e-Sahulat platform allows citizens to access a range of public and private sector services through authorized service points. Originally launched as an electronic payment system by National Database and Registration Authority, the platform has since evolved into a nationwide digital network offering utility bill payments, biometric verification, government fee collection, tax payments, identity verification, and several other citizen services.

Alongside e-Sahulat, citizens can also obtain e-Stamp services at the Islamabad center, with the electronic stamp paper system replacing conventional stamp papers with digitally generated and verifiable stamp certificates. Introduced in Punjab in 2016 through a collaboration between the Punjab Information Technology Board and the Board of Revenue, the e-Stamp system has since expanded to other parts of the country and is now available through authorized Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Centers.

Located in Sector G-9, the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz functions as a comprehensive citizen service center, integrating facilities from multiple government departments, including NADRA, the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, Islamabad Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Capital Development Authority, and the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad. Beyond the newly added NADRA e-Sahulat and e-Stamp services, the center offers passport related services, police character certificates, biometric verification, document attestation, utility bill payments, tax and government fee collection, and other public facilitation services. Inspired by Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized ASAN public service model, the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz was inaugurated in January 2026 as one of the leading integrated citizen service centers in Pakistan, with plans for similar facilities to be established across the country.
