Jazz has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Canteen Stores Department to establish Jazz Facilitation Centers at selected CSD locations across Pakistan as part of efforts to expand customer access to telecom and digital services. The collaboration is aimed at increasing the availability of digital connectivity and financial solutions through CSD’s nationwide retail network.

According to details shared by the companies, the partnership falls under Jazz’s Channel Planning Modern Trade initiative, which focuses on strengthening its retail footprint through collaborations with established commercial networks. Under the agreement, designated CSD outlets will host Jazz Facilitation Centers offering telecom related services, customer support and access to digital financial solutions. Officials said the arrangement is intended to provide customers with more convenient access points for digital services in different parts of the country.

Jazz stated that expanding physical customer touchpoints remains an important part of its broader transition towards becoming an integrated digital services company. The company has continued investing in digital infrastructure, financial technology platforms and nationwide connectivity services in recent years. Through partnerships with public and private sector organisations, Jazz has also expanded initiatives linked to broadband access, financial inclusion and digital service delivery across underserved communities.

CSD operates one of the country’s largest retail distribution networks with outlets located in major cities and cantonment areas. Industry observers believe the collaboration could help improve service accessibility for customers who rely on in person support for telecom registrations, account services and digital payment solutions. The partnership also reflects a wider trend in Pakistan’s telecom sector where operators are increasingly combining digital platforms with physical retail presence to improve customer engagement and service delivery.

Officials from both organisations said the partnership is expected to improve operational efficiency while increasing customer convenience through integrated retail and digital services. The companies added that additional updates regarding the rollout of Jazz Facilitation Centers across selected locations will be shared in the coming months.
