ISLAMABAD: According to an agreement struck by BIMA Mobile Pakistan CEO Murtaza Khalil Hassan and Jazz Chief Business Officer Syed Ali Naseer, BIMA Mobile, Pakistan’s top provider of digital health and insure-tech services, will use Jazz’s cloud technologies.

Cloud-based services and solutions are changing the way businesses operate. In 4Q20, Jazz launched its cloud solution to enable organisations like BIMA construct more robust and reliable infrastructures so they can deploy their products in a more secure environment.

“The epidemic had impacted BIMA’s business, as it did all other enterprises in Pakistan. We had to switch to a different work-from-home model for our more than 1000 workers overnight, which caused connectivity issues and made it impossible for our team to communicate with our clients. Our current call centre software was not yet ready to be used from home. As a result, Jazz Cloud gives us the freedom to work remotely in a safe environment. This, together with Jazz’s MIFI devices, has allowed us to stay connected while working in this paradigm “CEO of BIMA Mobile Pakistan, Murtaza Khalil Hassan, remarked

“BIMA’s strategy of providing insurance at a micro level, paired with Jazz’s technological prowess – including cloud, SIP connections, and virtualization – will play a critical role in boosting the local insurance market.”
