Infinix has launched the Hot 70 Pro in Pakistan, bringing a new 5G smartphone to the local market with a 144Hz display, 50MP Sony camera, dedicated artificial intelligence button and a 6,000mAh battery. The smartphone is available in Pakistan for around Rs. 85,000 and comes in a single configuration featuring 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also introduces several distinctive rear panel designs, including finishes that can change their appearance under different environmental conditions.
The Infinix Hot 70 Pro features a 6.76 inch IPS LCD with a 1080p resolution and an adaptive refresh rate that can switch between 45Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz and 144Hz depending on the content displayed. This approach is intended to balance smooth visuals with battery consumption. The phone is offered in six finishes, including Thermo Orange, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple, Depth Ring White, Night Pulse and Dive Blue. Thermo Orange can shift between lighter and darker shades based on temperature, while Mirage Green can display a starry effect when exposed to ultraviolet light. Silk Glow Purple uses a nanocrystal texture for a changing shine, while Depth Ring White has a three dimensional rear effect. The device also features an Active Matrix Cube LED display incorporated into one of the camera housings.
The smartphone is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset and comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of storage. It runs Android 16 with Infinix XOS 16 and is promised three major Android operating system updates alongside five years of security patches. The Hot 70 Pro also carries an IP68 rating for protection against water exposure under specified conditions, while Infinix lists MIL STD 810 certification without specifying the individual tests covered. A dedicated Folax powered artificial intelligence button is positioned on the side of the phone, providing users with direct access to the company’s artificial intelligence features.
For photography, the Infinix Hot 70 Pro features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main rear camera with a wide angle lens and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The Pakistan variant is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging, with the charger included in the box. It also supports 10W reverse wired charging. Connectivity options include 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks, making the device compatible with newer mobile network infrastructure. Infinix has priced the Hot 70 Pro at around Rs. 85,000 in Pakistan, with buyers able to select from the six available finishes while the memory configuration remains fixed at 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
