AI In The Wild, a key session of Indus AI Week 2026, brought together founders, engineers, and industry leaders at NIC Islamabad on 12 February 2026 to explore the practical side of artificial intelligence. Moderated by Kamran Taufiq Khan, Program Manager at NIC Islamabad, the session focused on the tools, workflows, and lessons that are shaping real world AI implementation in Pakistan. With participants from startups and established organizations, the event offered a hands on perspective on moving AI projects from experimentation to integration in live environments.

Speakers included Mohib Mirza, Founder of AI Team Force; Asim Ghaffar, Vice President of Engineering at 10Pearls; and Moon Amir, CEO of Innoval Technologies. The panel highlighted how AI systems are deployed in production, the challenges encountered while scaling, and strategies for integrating AI into existing workflows without disrupting operations. Attendees gained insights into which tools and platforms are reliable in practical applications, as well as lessons learned from high stakes environments where AI is actively shaping business outcomes. This discussion emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between theoretical AI knowledge and applied, operational systems that deliver measurable value.

The session also addressed broader trends in the AI startup ecosystem, encouraging founders and technology leaders to adopt best practices in project planning, risk management, and workflow optimization. Attendees were able to hear directly from those building AI products and services in Pakistan, learning from successes and challenges encountered along the way. By showcasing practical experiences, the session reinforced how AI can be applied responsibly and effectively in real world scenarios, moving beyond pilot projects and small scale experimentation.

Organized as part of the national initiative led by AI Indus, AI In The Wild attracted significant interest from the local AI community. Participants had the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and connect with peers who are actively contributing to Pakistan’s AI ecosystem. Registration for the session was conducted online, providing access to key resources and ensuring a collaborative environment for learning. By bringing together founders, technical leaders, and moderators with expertise in AI deployment, the session strengthened the knowledge base for applied artificial intelligence in Pakistan and supported the broader mission of Indus AI Week to position the country as a hub for practical AI innovation.
