FINCA Microfinance Bank Pledges for Women Empowerment

LAHORE (PR): FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited celebrated International Women’s Day across the network with a number of activities aimed towards acknowledging and promoting the role of women in the organisation and how they contribute to its success.

Keeping up with FINCA’s mission to “Improve Lives Worldwide”, staff members across the network came together and took pledges favoring women empowerment.

In a panel discussion chaired by CEO Muhammad Mudassar Aqil, COO Shahid Hosain Kazi, and members of the senior management, high performing female staff from all levels of the organisation shared their challenges and stories under the “Maine Ker Dikhaya” campaign.

Under this campaign, FINCA’s aim is to highlight and share the numerous success stories of female staff members who have been working and growing with the organization and also shed light for potential candidates on the many benefits and facilities that FINCA offers for women in addition to an inclusive, empowering and equal work environment.
