DigiSkills.pk has announced that Batch 04 of its 3.0 programme is on its way, with registration now open for Pakistanis looking to acquire digital skills at no cost from the comfort of their homes. The platform, which operates under the Pakistan Software Export Board and Tech Destination Pakistan, has invited prospective learners to complete their registration and profile setup ahead of the formal enrollment window, which is expected to open shortly.

DigiSkills.pk was established as a national initiative to make digital and freelancing skills accessible to a wide population across Pakistan, including individuals in smaller cities and towns who may not have access to formal technology training institutions. The programme has run multiple batches since its launch and has trained hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis in areas spanning freelancing, digital marketing, graphic design, e-commerce, and a range of other in-demand online skills. Each successive version of the programme has aimed to expand both the number of participants and the quality and relevance of the courses on offer, with DigiSkills 3.0 representing the latest iteration of that effort.

By offering training free of charge and delivering it entirely online, the platform removes two of the most common barriers to skills development in Pakistan, namely cost and geographic access. Learners who complete the available courses gain credentials and practical knowledge that can be applied directly to freelancing platforms and digital job markets, supporting both individual income generation and the country’s broader technology export ambitions. Interested individuals are encouraged to register and complete their profiles early at www.digiskills.pk/Register.aspx to be ready when enrollment for Batch 04 officially opens.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
