DUNYA NEWS — RAWALPINDI On Friday, newly elevated Army Cyber Command was visited by Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
The COAS also paid a visit to the Army Center of Emerging Technologies and the Cyber Division, two of Army Cyber Command’s key divisions, according to ISPR.
The newly elevated Cyber Command, according to the COAS, would gradually link to Tri-Services level and participate in national cyber efforts to create synergy at the national level.
When COAS arrived, Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor, commander of Army Cyber Command, welcomed him. Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Lieutenant General, and Lieutenant Gene.
Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas and other senior Army officers were also present at the occasion.
