The Founder’s Resilience Program, taking place on August 28, 2025, in Karachi, is designed to give entrepreneurs practical strategies to address burnout and sustain long-term performance. Organized by BeMe in collaboration with Invest2Innovate (i2i) and MatrixFit, the event aims to go beyond motivational talks by offering an immersive and actionable experience.

The evening will feature a guided session led by BeMe on mental resilience, highlighting tools and approaches to help founders navigate the intense pressures of building and scaling a startup. Participants will also learn practical movement techniques from MatrixFit — exercises that can be incorporated into daily routines to reduce stress and re-energize during demanding work schedules.

Each attendee will receive a Resilience Workbook developed by BeMe, serving as a personal guide to building healthier habits and maintaining a balanced mindset. In addition to these resources, participants will gain ongoing support by joining i2i’s founder community and BeMe’s mental resilience network, ensuring continued engagement beyond the event.

MatrixFit is extending exclusive benefits to attendees, including a seven-day free gym trial, a complimentary consultation and fitness assessment, as well as a 30% discount on MatrixFit merchandise along with access to its Fuel Bar. These perks are intended to encourage founders to integrate physical wellness alongside mental health strategies.

The event is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and is limited to 30 founders and business leaders, ensuring a focused and interactive setting. Entrepreneurs who participate will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, exchange experiences, and build a supportive network committed to personal and professional resilience.

Registration for the Founder’s Resilience Program is now open, and seats are filling quickly due to the limited capacity. Interested participants can secure their spot through https://ticketwala.pk/event/founders-resilience-program-beme-x-invest2innovate-i2i-3543.

This initiative reflects a growing recognition within Pakistan’s startup ecosystem that founder well-being is essential for sustained innovation and business success. By combining mental health guidance, movement practices, and community-based support, the program is set to provide entrepreneurs with tangible tools to thrive amidst the challenges of building high-growth ventures.
