NIC Karachi Hiring Manager Accounts And Finance To Lead Financial Governance Across Innovation Programmes

The National Incubation Center Karachi, funded by Ignite under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication’s Tech Destination Pakistan initiative, is inviting applications for the position of Manager Accounts and Finance, a full-time role focused on strengthening financial governance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across the centre’s projects and operations. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2026, and the position is based in Karachi or Islamabad.

The role is intended for finance professionals who can provide rigorous oversight of accounting operations and financial planning within the context of a public sector-backed technology incubation environment. Candidates are expected to bring proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles alongside competence in Enterprise Resource Planning systems, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, high attention to detail and accuracy, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills suited to managing multiple priorities under deadlines. On the academic and professional qualification front, the position requires at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Professional certifications including Chartered Accountant with Associate membership, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, or Chartered Financial Analyst designations are preferred.

The National Incubation Center Karachi is part of Pakistan’s national network of publicly funded incubation centres designed to support early-stage startups and contribute to the development of a sustainable technology entrepreneurship ecosystem.
