Avanceon Limited (AVN), a technology company based in Lahore, has announced the expansion of its international operations with the registration of a new entity in Australia. The company stated on Thursday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Avanceon FZE, has established a new registered entity named Avanceon PTY LTD. The development was shared through a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, where the listed firm outlined its latest corporate move as part of its overseas growth strategy.

According to the company, the new entity has been registered in Queensland under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in line with the Corporations Act 2001. Avanceon highlighted that its expansion into the Asia Pacific region reflects a structured effort to widen its operational reach and strengthen its business presence in international markets. The company noted that this step is aligned with its objective of creating long term value for shareholders while extending its service delivery capabilities across new geographies. Avanceon PTY LTD will act as a base for its operations in Australia and will support the group’s engagement with clients across various industrial domains.

The company further explained that through Avanceon PTY LTD, it plans to apply its global experience in automation, digitalisation, and industrial technology to support clients operating in diverse sectors. These include oil and gas, transport and infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, mining, and environmental services. Avanceon stated that the Australian entity will focus on delivering technology driven solutions and technical services designed to improve operational efficiency and support modern industrial requirements. The company’s approach in the region will involve leveraging its existing expertise to address sector specific challenges while expanding its service portfolio in the Asia Pacific market.

Avanceon Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on 26 March 2003 as a private limited company and later converted into a public company on 31 March 2008 under the repealed Companies Ordinance 1984. Over the years, the company has developed its core operations around automation and control systems, along with providing related technical services. Its principal activity includes trading in automation and control equipment, as well as offering engineering and technology support to industrial clients. With the registration of Avanceon PTY LTD in Australia, the company continues to build on its international presence, positioning itself in markets that require advanced industrial automation and digital solutions.
