Aptech Vision has grown into one of the larger software exhibitions in Pakistan since its inception, functioning both as a showcase and a marketplace connecting human resource and software solutions with visitors including university students, professionals, and industry leaders. Previous editions of the event have featured hundreds of projects shortlisted from a much larger pool of submissions created by Aptech students, reflecting the scale of participation the exhibition typically draws.

Free passes for both the software exhibition and the job fair are available through separate registration links, allowing visitors to attend either or both components of the event.
