inDrive, a global mobility and services platform, has expanded its footprint in Pakistan with the introduction of inDrive Groceries, a new service launched in collaboration with dark stores partner Krave Mart. The service allows users to order daily essentials directly through the inDrive app, providing fast, reliable, and cost-efficient grocery delivery in Karachi. Plans are underway to extend the service to Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi during 2026, as part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Pakistan’s digital commerce sector.

The partnership between inDrive and Krave Mart combines operational efficiency with technological infrastructure to enhance the online grocery delivery experience. Nurken Rzaliyev, Head of Q-Commerce Services at inDrive, stated that the launch is aimed at generating new opportunities for local businesses, delivery partners, and consumers. He emphasized that inDrive seeks to foster a digital ecosystem in which a wide range of participants can benefit from increased access to e-commerce services and a more integrated delivery network. The initiative reflects inDrive’s commitment to providing convenient and affordable solutions while supporting local commerce and employment through its platform.

Krave Mart Founder and CEO Kassim Shroff highlighted that the partnership represents a significant advancement in the way grocery delivery operates in Pakistan. By leveraging inDrive’s technology and Krave Mart’s dark store operations, the collaboration aims to deliver groceries within 20 to 30 minutes, setting a benchmark for quick and dependable service. Shroff further emphasized that the model is designed to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring operational speed, allowing consumers to enjoy convenience without paying a premium. This focus on affordability and efficiency aligns with broader trends in Pakistan’s Q-Commerce sector, where fast delivery and digital accessibility are increasingly shaping customer expectations.

The launch of inDrive Groceries also signals an expansion of the digital economy in Pakistan, creating more avenues for delivery partners, local retailers, and small businesses to participate in online commerce. By integrating grocery delivery with the existing inDrive app, the platform offers a seamless user experience, allowing customers to access a wide range of essential products from the comfort of their homes. The service aims to reduce friction in urban grocery shopping while setting a precedent for quick commerce operations that could expand to additional cities. This move positions inDrive and Krave Mart as key players in shaping the convenience-driven market, reflecting ongoing growth and digital adoption in Pakistan’s Q-Commerce landscape.
