Unilever Pakistan has successfully gone live with Centegy Technologies’ next-generation Distributor Management System (DMS) as part of the Global DCODE Program. This milestone represents a significant step in Unilever’s digital transformation strategy, improving operational efficiency and enhancing distributor operations through automation and real-time data insights. The implementation of Centegy’s Future-Ready DMS streamlines workflows, strengthens data synchronization, and enhances last-mile delivery performance, ensuring Unilever stays at the forefront of technological advancements in supply chain management.

The new system introduces several automation-driven enhancements designed to optimize distributor operations while aligning with Unilever’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. The implementation features real-time tracking through a delivery app, ensuring efficiency in last-mile logistics. Additionally, a warehouse picker app facilitates a transition to paperless warehouse operations, improving both accuracy and sustainability. The DMS also integrates seamlessly with third-party business platforms, allowing smooth cross-functional data synchronization. Embedded workflow automation significantly reduces manual processes, while interactive dashboards and data analytics tools provide actionable insights, enabling Unilever’s teams to make informed strategic decisions.

The successful go-live of Centegy’s advanced DMS is the result of close collaboration between Centegy Technologies and Unilever Pakistan. This rollout underscores a shared commitment to digital innovation, setting the stage for greater efficiency in distributor management and supply chain processes. The introduction of AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, and seamless integration ensures a future-ready operational framework, positioning Unilever as a leader in digital transformation within the FMCG sector.

This initiative is part of Unilever’s broader strategy to modernize its distribution network and business processes. By embracing cutting-edge technologies, Unilever Pakistan is reinforcing its commitment to operational resilience and market agility. The newly deployed DMS is expected to improve distributor relationships, drive sustainable business growth, and create a competitive edge in an increasingly digital-first market. As Unilever continues to invest in technological advancements, this latest deployment highlights the growing importance of data-driven decision-making and process automation in shaping the future of supply chain management.
