A 10-year old girl from Faisalabad is helping people to deal with depression creatively. Being extremely innovative, Amna Awais has made her passion a job, she creatively makes slime.

What started as a hobby turned into a part-time job that is absorbing her creativity and turning into no ordinary slime.

Her range of slime varies from Mint Margarita Slime to anything that a person can think of.

After fidget spinner slime is the next best thing that happened to the human. It is a semi-solid and semi-liquid viscous concoction. The squishy texture relives the stress and is super satisfying.

While loving to play with slime Amna asked her parents to provide her the supplies to make her slime.

“She loves playing with it, making bubble pop sounds and she gets ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) – a tingly feeling in her scalp down her spine.”

The little girl would spend hours on youtube exploring different ways of creating slime.

She created slime from food items including butter turning it into Azada slime.

What started in July 2018 brought 3K followers.

Now her brother Mohammad Karim is helping her to sell her products nationally. He is buying supplies to her ad selling while managing the social media accounts and studying in NUST.

Her 17-years old sister records her video and post on her Instagram accounts.

with mommy’s help she makes slime while as per her brother when your passion is your job, the things seem to be easier and enjoyable rather than a burden

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
