Over 250 workers from throughout Zong 4G attended the digital version of the company’s Annual Business Conference 2022.

The event, which was themed ‘Let’s Get Digital,’ which is also Zong’s new marketing statement, saw business executives showcase yearly accomplishments and milestones for the year 2021.
At the occasion, Zong’s commitment to Digital Pakistan was reaffirmed, and its many measures to bring the nation up to speed with the rest of the world’s digital race were emphasised, with staff enthusiastic about their contributions.

The employees’ constant and diligent contributions to making Zong the go-to supplier of connectivity and high-end digital services were also highlighted by senior management and appreciated.
The company’s aims for 2022 – as well as a broader vision for the future – were also highlighted during the event, with staff expressing their enthusiasm for the company’s ambitions.
The executives also discussed how Zong is driving Pakistan’s digital transformation from the front, and how the company would continue to increase its efforts to realise the Digital Pakistan goal.
Wang Hua, Zong Chairman & CEO, also addressed with the staff the company’s long-term core strategic direction, as well as Zong’s growth and development objectives for 2022.

“I congratulate all Zong employees for making 2021 a year of many successes,” shared Wang Hua at the occasion. We achieved many milestones and set new industry benchmarks which we owe to our valued employees and customers,” he said.

“Every member of the team has given their all to make Zong the preferred Pakistani connectivity and digital services provider and to make Digital Pakistan a reality,” he continued.
He also emphasised Zong’s CSR activities, emphasising the company’s commitment to contributing value to Pakistani society. “Zong thinks that via digital and intelligent transformation, we can assist Pakistan in digitally transforming and enabling every person,” he stated.
Since March 2020, Zong has implemented the work-from-home model and effectively adapted the organisation for the new business model, keeping employee wellness as a top concern. This is the second time since the epidemic that Zong has hosted its Annual Business Conference online.
