Zong 4G has once again reaffirmed its dominance in Pakistan’s telecom sector, according to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) Quality of Service (QoS) Survey Report for Q3 2024. The report, which was compiled after extensive testing across 18 cities, highlighted Zong 4G’s exceptional performance, setting it apart from its competitors in multiple service categories, including broadband speed, voice quality, and SMS delivery.

The key takeaway from the report is Zong 4G’s unrivaled broadband speeds, which continue to lead the industry. With an average download speed of 21.70 Mbps and an upload speed of 18.48 Mbps, Zong 4G provides its users with a seamless internet experience, making it the go-to choice for activities such as streaming, gaming, and browsing. Although Jazz showed solid performance, Zong 4G’s significantly lower latency of 22.4 ms gave it a clear competitive advantage, ensuring that users experience faster response times and less buffering or lag during online activities.

Beyond broadband, Zong 4G also excelled in the voice services segment. The company achieved an outstanding Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR) of over 98%, ensuring that calls are consistently connected without failure. In addition, Zong 4G ranked first in Call Completion Time (CCT), minimizing call delays and offering users a faster and more reliable voice calling experience. Zong 4G’s Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 3.73 further underscored its focus on delivering high-quality voice calls, ensuring that customers enjoy crystal-clear conversations.

Zong 4G’s performance in SMS services was equally impressive. The company achieved a 98.42% success rate in message delivery, the highest among its competitors. The operator also outperformed its rivals in terms of speed, with an average SMS delivery time of just 2.73 seconds. While Jazz and Ufone demonstrated strong performance in SMS services, Zong 4G’s speed, reliability, and efficiency gave it an undeniable edge in this segment as well.

The PTA’s Q3 2024 report is a testament to Zong 4G’s unwavering commitment to providing its customers with the best possible telecom experience. The company’s investment in infrastructure, technology, and customer service continues to set the standard for the telecom industry in Pakistan. Zong 4G’s consistent performance across multiple service categories highlights its strategic vision and customer-focused approach, ensuring that it maintains a competitive edge in the market.

While competitors like Jazz and Ufone continue to improve their services, Zong 4G’s ability to consistently outperform them in key areas such as internet speed, voice quality, and SMS delivery solidifies its position as the leading telecom operator in Pakistan. As the telecom sector continues to evolve, Zong 4G’s strong performance in PTA’s QoS report provides a clear indication that it will remain at the forefront of the industry, setting the benchmark for others to follow.

In conclusion, Zong 4G’s top-tier performance in the PTA’s Q3 2024 report underscores its commitment to providing high-quality services to its users. From fast internet speeds and reliable voice services to efficient SMS delivery, Zong 4G continues to redefine the telecom landscape in Pakistan. As the competition intensifies, Zong 4G’s strategic investments and customer-centric approach will ensure it remains the leader in Pakistan’s fast-growing telecom sector.
