Zong 4G has introduced an online booking portal and home delivery service, marking a significant step forward in customer convenience and accessibility.

In line with its commitment to digital empowerment, Zong aims to bring its services directly to customers’ doorsteps, eliminating the need for physical store visits. The new platform offers a seamless online experience, allowing customers to effortlessly select and purchase a wide range of Zong products and services.

From acquiring a new prepaid SIM, including the popular Book Your Number (BYN) and Golden Number options, to obtaining data SIMs, mobile broadband devices, or initiating SIM conversions and replacements, the process is now simplified and accessible with just a few clicks.

Zong’s home delivery service is currently operational in 53 cities across Pakistan, with plans to expand its reach nationwide in the near future. This initiative is part of the company’s broader strategy to provide affordable and accessible digital solutions to customers across the country.

By introducing this innovative service, Zong is redefining customer experience and setting a new benchmark for the telecommunications industry in Pakistan.
