Yango Tech, the B2B arm of global technology company Yango Group, has expanded its footprint in Pakistan by integrating Naheed Supermarket into the Yango Shops section of its SuperApp. This collaboration allows customers in Karachi to order groceries and essential household items directly from Naheed through the Yango app, combining Naheed’s long-standing retail reputation with Yango Tech’s advanced digital solutions to deliver a more seamless and accessible shopping experience. By bringing together Naheed’s five-decade legacy of quality and customer trust with Yango Tech’s cutting-edge technology, the partnership reinforces Yango Shops as a key platform in the city’s growing digital retail landscape.

Under the agreement, Yango Tech is providing Naheed Supermarket with an end-to-end technology stack to optimize its operations within the SuperApp. This includes a Warehouse Management System (WMS) designed to ensure efficient order handling and streamlined processing for timely delivery. In addition to back-end infrastructure, Yango Tech is equipping Naheed with two dedicated applications tailored to improve the fulfillment process. A picker application for store staff will help them quickly and accurately assemble customer orders, while a courier application will assist delivery partners by simplifying routing, batching, and real-time payouts. Together these tools are designed to ensure faster, more organized deliveries, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Miral Sharif, Country Head of Yango Pakistan, stated that onboarding Naheed Supermarket within Yango Shops reflects the company’s aim to use its technology to scale operations and enhance efficiency for retail partners while improving the experience for customers. Munsub Abrar, CEO of Naheed Supermarket, highlighted that joining the Yango Shops ecosystem aligns with Naheed’s digital journey, pairing its strong retail legacy with Yango’s technological expertise. According to him, the collaboration will allow Naheed to make its assortment of products more accessible to households across Karachi, offering the same quality and reliability customers have come to expect with added convenience and speed through the SuperApp.

This partnership underlines Naheed’s contribution as a strategic partner within Yango Shops by bringing a wide range of quality products and customer trust to the platform. At the same time, Yango Tech provides the technological backbone to make the retail experience faster, smarter, and more efficient for both customers and operations teams. By launching Yango Tech as a B2B ecosystem of AI solutions, Yango Group continues to broaden its service portfolio across Asia, focusing on building strong relationships with Pakistani businesses and providing advanced digital tools for emerging markets. From mobility and logistics to retail and customer operations, Yango Pakistan is actively enabling local enterprises to digitize operations, cut costs, and enhance their service offerings, reinforcing its role in the country’s ongoing digital transformation.
