WorldCall Telecom Limited (WTL) has announced the opening of its new Center of Excellence (CoE) for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data at its facilities in Pakistan. This initiative marks an important step for the company as it works to strengthen its capabilities in emerging technologies and position itself for future growth.

The CoE was officially inaugurated this week by Mr. Mehdi Al Abduwani, Chairman of WorldCall Telecom’s parent company, GlobalTech Corporation (GTC), in a ceremony held at the company’s headquarters. This development reflects WTL’s ongoing efforts to advance its technological expertise, particularly in the AI and Big Data fields.

The newly launched Center of Excellence will serve as a focal point for developing AI and Big Data products, with an emphasis on providing back-office support for GTC’s global operations. This initiative aligns with GTC’s broader vision to foster innovation and enhance product development processes across its markets.

WTL views the CoE as a key asset for future growth and technological enhancement, building on its recent recognition as a Tech Destination 2024 award winner at GITEX Global. The company believes that this new center will support its efforts to gain a competitive edge in the AI and Big Data sectors and further its international market reach.

One of the first projects to come from the CoE is CADNZ, an AI-powered digital lending platform currently under development. The platform is set to launch in the USA and Middle Eastern markets, marking a significant step forward in the company’s digital services portfolio. By leveraging AI, CADNZ aims to offer more efficient digital lending solutions.

Beyond product development, the Center of Excellence will play a vital role in supporting the global sales and marketing efforts of GTC’s product teams, helping to expand the reach of GTC’s offerings worldwide. Through this initiative, WTL hopes to streamline its operations and enhance its ability to deliver quality services to global customers.

The launch of this Center of Excellence underscores WorldCall Telecom’s commitment to advancing its technological capabilities and contributing to the growing tech landscape in Pakistan. While still in the early stages of its development, WTL’s focus on AI and Big Data positions the company to better compete in an increasingly digital world and expand its role in global technology markets.
