Wikipedia Shows Some Love to Northern Pakistan: Send Your Entries!

The Wiki Loves Earth is a photography contest where thousands of photographers from all over the globe send in aesthetically pleasing pictures of their countries to show the world. It is a campaign to improve the online image of countries in the world.

Wikipedia Loves Northern Pakistan is part of the international annual photography competition Wiki Loves Earth that aims to improve illustrations in Wikipedia articles about Pakistani naturally significant sites, and helps preserve the country’s natural heritage by encouraging people to take photographs & upload them to Wikipedia under copyright-free license.

The competition is back in Pakistan for the third time around and photographers of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels are invited to enter the Wikipedia photography competition around natural heritage of Pakistan.

Wiki Loves Pakistan is represented by Saqib Qayyum locally, who has successfully led the campaign in the last two years. Submissions for Wiki Loves Northern Pakistan are now open till the 30th of May 2017. For more information, visit the WLE website!
