wAI Secures Follow-On Investment to Accelerate AI Swarm and Enterprise OS Development

wAI Industries, a leading enterprise AI technology company pioneering the operating system for agentic swarms, announced that it has secured $1.5 million in growth capital from its strategic investor, sAi Capital, as part of a $10 million growth round.

wAI Industries was founded on a fundamental belief that artificial superintelligence will not emerge as a monolithic entity, but rather as a sophisticated swarm of specialized AI agents. This swarm-based approach requires not just individual intelligent agents, but an entire ecosystem and operating system capable of managing their interactions, evolution, and optimization.

“Our vision centers on the possibility of self-evolving swarms of AI agents that can specialize themselves for any enterprise environment,” said Abu Abdullah Ashar, CEO/Founder of wAI Advance Industries. “We believe that the future of enterprise AI lies not in singular, powerful systems, but in networks of intelligent agents that can adapt, collaborate, and evolve together.”

sAi’s follow-on investment deepens the longstanding partnership between wAI Industries and sAi Capital. Beyond financial backing, sAi Capital has played a critical role in wAI’s expansion, driving more than 30% of the company’s revenues through its global business development network. As Pakistan’s leading growth equity firm focused on frontier and advanced technology, sAi Capital combines capital with operational expertise and international networks to bridge a critical gap in the country’s venture landscape.

“We are proud to lead wAI Industries’ $10 million growth round with a $1.5 million follow-on investment,” said Ahsan Jamil, Founder and CEO of sAi Capital.“Over the past few years, wAI has consistently demonstrated the ability to innovate and execute, enhancing wAI’s global enterprise engagement capabilities. With alaraOS, a strengthened team, and strong delivery structures in place, they are well-positioned to break new ground in enterprise AI. This round is structured in two tranches, allowing wAI to scale responsibly against measurable milestones while giving investors confidence in sustainable growth.”

Further strategic partnerships have also strengthened our leadership. Jimmy Nguyen and Kent Wakeford have been onboarded to wAI’s board of advisors, bringing decades of combined experience in enterprise technology scaling and global market development.

wAI’s initial phase focused on developing a sophisticated orchestration layer. This foundational technology enabled the company to secure partnerships with some of Pakistan’s largest banking institutions, representing approximately 41.6% of the country’s banking population.

Currently, the company’s research agenda centers on a fundamental question: Can we create an ecosystem where AI agents exhibit self-evolving intelligence?

The next stage of wAI’s development represents a significant technological leap from the orchestration layer to a fully capable Operating System. While the orchestration layer enables coordination of AI agents, alaraOS provides comprehensive infrastructure for swarm memory management, collective reasoning processes, and distributed decision-making frameworks.

This new capital will accelerate the development of wAI’s flagship operating system and fuel its core research into self-evolving AI agents

Lastly, our collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Office and Stanford’s Center for Global and Online Education has established wAI with a distinct competitive advantage, positioning the company not merely as a technology vendor but as a legitimate research and development powerhouse advancing the frontiers of artificial intelligence.

Ahsan Mashkoor, Chairman of the Board of Directors at wAI Industries, commented:

“This solution we are developing has already demonstrated confirmed traction across some of the largest enterprises in Pakistan. With the capital and strategic partnerships now in place, wAI is positioned to accelerate from proven deployments to global scale. Our focus remains on building enterprise-grade infrastructure that enables AI swarms to evolve, adapt, and deliver measurable impact for organizations worldwide.”

With continued support from sAi Capital and the expanded advisory team, wAI Industries is positioned to lead the transformation of enterprise AI from isolated tools to integrated, intelligent ecosystems that represent the next evolution of business technology infrastructure.
