UCA Cafe Theatre Festival Kicks Off This Friday!

The Lahore Street Theatre Festival (LSTF) 2016 – a project of Society for Cultural Education in collaboration with THAAP, will start on Friday, March 31 to 2nd April.

According to the event details, UCA Café Theatre Festival is being produced to:
• bring innovation in theatre productions and performances by placing it in a non-theatrical and non-traditional contexts amongst the people.
• reclaim literary and cultural spaces of cafes
• shape an academic discourse on local practices in performing arts

Being the first project of UCA Performance and Research Collective, the festival is on-the-move in which performances will fly from one café to another along with flocks of audiences during the three days of the festival.
