Trend Micro Unveils Trend Vision One: A Revolutionary Cybersecurity Platform for Enhanced Threat Defense

Leading cybersecurity company Trend Micro has launched its groundbreaking Trend Vision One platform, offering a significant boost to enterprise cybersecurity. The platform introduces powerful attack surface risk management, robust cross-layer protection for hybrid environments, and amplified Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities.

According to a spokesperson for Trend Micro, the Trend Vision One platform marks a major milestone in strengthening security posture and enhancing threat defense. With advanced AI and machine learning analytics, coupled with an extensive range of native security sensors, the platform provides comprehensive and cross-domain threat protection.

Utilizing cutting-edge generative AI technology, Trend Vision One enhances its XDR capabilities with the broadest set of native security sensors available. This innovative application of AI and machine learning analytics improves threat protection across various domains by consolidating data from internal and external sources.

The platform fortifies an organization’s defense mechanisms by providing unparalleled scope and understanding of events. This leads to proactive defense measures, faster detection of threats, and more rapid incident response.

Key features of Trend Vision One include cross-layer support for hybrid environments, ensuring security across all layers of an organization’s IT infrastructure, and extensive integration capabilities within the third-party ecosystem. The platform leverages global threat intelligence to provide deep insights into breach activities and vulnerabilities.

In addition to the platform, Trend Micro offers vendor-delivered Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, providing round-the-clock monitoring and support.

To further enhance security operations and accelerate threat detection and response, the Trend Vision One platform introduces Trend Vision One Companion, an AI-powered cybersecurity assistant. This companion AI boosts productivity and aids in cyber risk management.

Frank Dickson, Group Vice President, Security & Trust at IDC, recognizes the tangible benefits of the Trend Vision One platform, stating that it increases the productivity and effectiveness of security professionals and supports hybrid environments.

Trend Vision One also introduces proactive Attack Surface Risk Management (ASRM) based on Zero Trust principles. The platform enables continuous attack surface discovery and real-time risk assessment, facilitating the swift identification and remediation of critical risks.

Looking ahead, Trend Vision One is poised to empower partner-delivered security services. With its broad integration capabilities and multi-customer management functionality, the platform is well-positioned to provide powerful solutions that address critical industry needs and significantly reduce Mean Time To Respond (MTTR).

With Trend Vision One, organizations can look forward to a future where they can effectively minimize their attack surface, thwart attackers, and ensure compliance and data protection.
