Formula Electric Racing NUST (FERN), representing Pakistan Navy Engineering College (PNEC-NUST), has achieved a remarkable feat by securing technical sponsorship from Tesla, a globally renowned automotive brand leading the sustainable energy revolution.

This sponsorship from Tesla, typically granted to Formula Student teams worldwide, marks a significant milestone for FERN as they become the first and only team from Pakistan to receive this prestigious honor. In addition to technical sponsorship, Tesla also provides generous discounts on enepaq tinybms, ADI & TI, BMS chips, and dev boards, further supporting FERN’s endeavors.

Tesla’s sponsorship holds immense value as it not only recognizes FERN’s expertise in electric propulsion but also grants them access to advanced technologies and resources. By partnering with Tesla, FERN gains invaluable technical expertise, positioning the team as a prominent player in the global automotive industry. This sponsorship serves as a testament to Tesla’s confidence in FERN’s capabilities.

Having represented Pakistan Navy Engineering College in Formula Student competitions since 2016, FERN has consistently showcased exceptional performance on international stages. The team has achieved notable milestones, including securing the only podium finish for any Pakistani team and leading advancements in driverless vehicle technology within Pakistan.

The collaboration between FERN and Tesla brings forth numerous benefits. It enables FERN to enhance its knowledge and capabilities in electric propulsion through the guidance of Tesla’s experienced professionals. Additionally, this partnership strengthens Pakistan’s presence in the global automotive market, highlighting the country’s potential for innovation and sustainable solutions. With Tesla’s support, FERN is poised to make significant contributions to the field of electric vehicles, propelling Pakistan’s automotive industry towards a greener and more sustainable future.
