Systems Limited (SYS) has reported impressive financial results for the first nine months of 2025, marking a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 7.94 billion, up 46% from Rs. 5.43 billion during the same period last year. The company’s earnings per share rose to Rs. 5.42, compared to Rs. 3.71 last year, reflecting its continued strength in the global technology services market. Net sales for the nine-month period reached Rs. 57.4 billion, representing a 19% year-on-year increase, while third-quarter sales grew by 20% to Rs. 20.68 billion, according to data shared by Arif Habib Ltd.

Building on this momentum, Systems Limited is preparing to accelerate its international expansion, particularly across Europe and the United States. The company is setting up a direct operational presence in the UK through a new subsidiary to serve enterprise clients more effectively. It is also actively evaluating acquisition opportunities to facilitate faster entry into mature markets and strengthen its position in large-scale technology transformation projects. Supporting this strategy, Systems Limited is preparing to launch a strategic partnership with British American Tobacco (BAT) in the upcoming quarter, which will expand its global shared services footprint and enhance its presence among multinational clients.

The company’s growth strategy continues to revolve around enterprise transformation, innovation, and strategic collaboration. In the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, Systems Limited is deepening relationships with enterprise clients and major system integrators, maintaining strong growth momentum. The Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is also showing solid progress, fueled by growing demand for digital transformation and AI-led initiatives. Domestically, the Pakistan business achieved an operating profit for the first time, driven by improved execution and performance in the banking and telecom sectors. Streamlined operations and disciplined project delivery have placed the company’s local business on a sustainable path.

Innovation remains at the center of Systems Limited’s strategy, supported by its “AI-First” vision that integrates artificial intelligence across its solutions and operations. The company has launched Systems GenAI Studio, a cloud-native, model-agnostic platform designed to help enterprises build and scale generative AI solutions efficiently. Alongside this, its AI.NOW program focuses on workforce enablement and AI-driven solution delivery, particularly in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. These initiatives highlight Systems Limited’s commitment to shaping the future of enterprise technology with a strong focus on AI and digital efficiency.

Systems Limited’s consistent recognition as a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner for five consecutive years reinforces its position as a leading technology player in the global IT ecosystem. Meanwhile, its associate company OneLoad has secured new investment and regulatory approvals, strengthening its digital financial services portfolio. With a forward price-to-earnings multiple of 18.8x for calendar year 2026, analysts believe Systems Limited is well-positioned to capture further opportunities across key global markets. The company’s sustained profitability, strategic international expansion, and commitment to innovation continue to define its role as one of Pakistan’s foremost IT leaders in the global technology landscape.
