JazzWorld, Pakistan’s leading integrated digital services company, has extended its support initiative for Pakistanis in the Gulf Cooperation Council region by offering 2 gigabytes of complimentary roaming data to customers currently registered on international roaming networks across GCC countries. The offer, available until March 31, 2026, is designed to help Pakistani nationals in the Middle East remain connected with their families during Eid al-Fitr, a period when communication with loved ones carries particular emotional weight, and especially so for those navigating the uncertainty created by ongoing regional disruptions.

The initiative requires no action from eligible customers, with the data benefit provisioned automatically and confirmed through an Short Message Service notification. The seamless activation process reflects a deliberate effort to remove any friction from what JazzWorld has framed as a gesture of solidarity during a moment of both celebration and difficulty for the many Pakistanis who find themselves spending Eid away from home. The current offer builds directly on an earlier wave of support that JazzWorld introduced at the onset of the regional disruptions, when free data was similarly extended to customers across GCC countries to help them stay informed and in contact during a period of heightened uncertainty. That earlier initiative drew strong engagement, with tens of thousands of customers benefiting from the provision, demonstrating both the scale of the Pakistani community in the Gulf and the practical significance of uninterrupted digital connectivity during times of crisis and celebration alike.

Kazim Mujtaba, President Jazz Global System for Mobile Communications, described Eid as a time of togetherness and acknowledged the particular difficulty of spending it separated from family, especially given the current situation in the region. He expressed the hope that the initiative would make it easier for Pakistani customers to share in the spirit of the occasion regardless of where they are physically located. The back-to-back nature of the two support initiatives signals JazzWorld’s broader positioning as an operator that considers the welfare of its subscribers a core part of its service obligation, extending that responsibility beyond Pakistan’s borders to the significant number of Pakistanis who rely on its roaming services to maintain their most important connections.
