Soneri Bank and NayaPay Partner to Boost Digital Payments in Pakistan

Pakistan’s leading financial institutions, Soneri Bank, and fintech platform NayaPay, announced a strategic partnership to improve the country’s digital payment landscape.

This collaboration aims to unlock new possibilities in the digital banking sector. Soneri Bank’s vast experience combined with NayaPay’s innovative fintech solutions will empower customers with greater control over their finances.

The partnership will enable seamless fund transfers between Soneri Bank accounts and NayaPay wallets. Additionally,customers can directly pay NayaPay merchants using their Soneri Bank accounts.

“We are delighted to partner with NayaPay,” said Syed Amir Raza, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at Soneri Bank.”This collaboration will unlock new possibilities and allow us to thrive in the increasingly digital landscape.”

Omar Askari, Chief Business Officer at NayaPay, echoed the sentiment. “We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Soneri Bank. Linking accounts for seamless fund transfers aligns with our vision for open banking and empowers Pakistanis to manage their finances effectively.”

This partnership is a significant step towards a more robust digital payment ecosystem in Pakistan, benefiting both institutions’ customers and businesses accepting NayaPay payments.
