Sindh CM Launches 1,000 Google Career Scholarships for University Students

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has announced a significant scholarship program aimed at boosting digital skills among the province’s youth. The initiative will provide 1,000 Google Career Certificates to students from ten public universities.

An MoU was signed between the Universities & Boards Department and Tech Valley to facilitate the distribution of scholarships. The program emphasizes gender equality, with 50% of the scholarships reserved for female students.

The Chief Minister stressed the importance of IT skills in today’s job market and highlighted the potential for remote work opportunities. The scholarships are expected to enhance the employability of Sindh’s graduates and contribute to the province’s technological advancement.
