PTA has temporarily suspended mobile internet services in certain areas of Balochistan province. The decision was made to ensure public safety and security in light of the prevailing security situation in the region.
PTA’s statement emphasized that the suspension is a temporary measure aimed at maintaining law and order.
This move comes after a recent security incident in Harnai district, where two security personnel, including a major, were martyred during an operation against terrorists. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reiterated the commitment of security forces to counter terrorism and ensure peace and stability in the region.
