P@SHA’s Policy Advocacy and Government Relations Committee is organizing an exclusive roundtable at ITCN Asia 2026 in Lahore, focusing on scaling Pakistan’s IT exports from $3.8 billion to an ambitious target of $15 billion. The session, by invitation only, will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and key ecosystem stakeholders to deliberate on the critical challenges hindering export growth and identify strategic interventions necessary to unlock the sector’s full potential.

The roundtable aims to facilitate a comprehensive exchange of insights on expanding global market access, improving digital infrastructure, and crafting supportive policy frameworks that foster sustainable export growth. Discussions will also address gaps in essential skills and talent development that currently limit the IT industry’s ability to compete internationally. By pooling expertise from diverse sectors, the event intends to chart a collaborative path forward that maximizes Pakistan’s advantages in the global IT services market.

Key participants will explore ways to strengthen Pakistan’s position as a competitive player by enhancing connectivity, streamlining regulatory environments, and encouraging investments in innovation and workforce capabilities. The dialogue will examine practical solutions for overcoming bottlenecks, promoting export diversification, and enhancing the ecosystem to support startups, SMEs, and large enterprises alike. Such measures are expected to accelerate export performance and contribute significantly to the country’s digital economy growth.

This roundtable reflects P@SHA’s ongoing commitment to advocating for policies and initiatives that support Pakistan’s IT sector and elevate its presence on the global stage. By bringing together decision-makers and industry experts at ITCN Asia 2026, the session will contribute to shaping a coordinated strategy aimed at sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness in the international IT export arena.
