The Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) is set to participate in LeadsCon 2026, scheduled to take place in Las Vegas from April 22 to 24, as part of ongoing efforts to promote Pakistan’s technology and business ecosystem on the global stage. The event is recognised as a key international gathering focused on lead generation, performance marketing, and business growth, bringing together companies, innovators, and industry leaders from across the world. P@SHA’s presence at the event reflects a continued push to strengthen Pakistan’s international visibility in the technology and digital services sector.

The participation is being supported by a range of institutional partners, including Tech Destination Pakistan, HBL, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Special Investment Facilitation Council, Pakistan Embassy in the United States, and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. This multi stakeholder collaboration highlights a coordinated approach to promoting Pakistan’s IT industry and creating new pathways for international engagement, investment, and business expansion.

From a technology and business perspective, events such as LeadsCon provide an important platform for showcasing Pakistan’s capabilities in areas such as software development, digital marketing, customer acquisition technologies, and IT enabled services. With increasing global demand for digital solutions, Pakistani companies are looking to expand their footprint in international markets, particularly in North America, where opportunities for outsourcing and partnership continue to grow. Participation in such events allows industry representatives to engage directly with global clients, explore partnerships, and better understand emerging trends shaping the digital economy.

The initiative also aligns with broader national efforts under frameworks such as Tech Destination Pakistan, which aim to position the country as a competitive hub for technology services and innovation. By leveraging partnerships with financial institutions, government bodies, and trade organisations, P@SHA’s participation at LeadsCon 2026 is expected to contribute to strengthening Pakistan’s global outreach and supporting long term growth of its digital economy. The event will serve as an opportunity to highlight the country’s evolving tech ecosystem while fostering connections that can lead to future collaborations and business opportunities.

Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
