Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is gearing up to launch its Integrated Labour Management Portal, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at connecting government officials, IT professionals, freelancers, companies, and academia on a unified platform. The portal is designed to drive career growth, enable skill development, and create job opportunities within Pakistan’s booming IT and technology sector.

To ensure the platform meets the needs of its diverse users, PSEB is inviting stakeholders to share their valuable feedback by participating in a survey. The deadline for feedback submissions is Tuesday, December 17, 2024, and stakeholders can access the survey form at https://lnkd.in/ds4EFKik.

The Integrated Labour Management Portal marks a significant step forward in bridging gaps between talent supply and demand in Pakistan’s IT ecosystem. By bringing together professionals, freelancers, and businesses on a single platform, PSEB aims to streamline job matching, enhance workforce skills, and provide opportunities for collaboration between academia and industry. This initiative also supports Pakistan’s broader goal of strengthening its technology-driven economy and increasing IT exports.

Freelancers and IT professionals stand to benefit immensely from this portal, as it will provide a centralized hub to access job listings, training opportunities, and skill development resources. For IT companies and startups, the platform will serve as a valuable tool to identify and hire skilled professionals, ensuring they can meet their workforce needs efficiently. Additionally, government functionaries and academia can collaborate to design programs and policies that align with industry demands, fostering a more competitive and skilled IT workforce.

PSEB, under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, has been at the forefront of promoting the growth of Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sectors. Initiatives like the Integrated Labour Management Portal reflect PSEB’s continued efforts to support freelancers, professionals, and businesses in accessing new opportunities both locally and globally.

The organization urges all stakeholders to contribute to the development of this platform by sharing their insights through the survey. Your feedback will play a critical role in ensuring the portal meets its objectives of empowering the workforce, driving career growth, and enhancing the IT sector’s overall productivity.

With the launch of the Integrated Labour Management Portal, PSEB aims to position Pakistan as a hub of skilled IT talent, ready to meet global market demands while driving economic growth at home.
