Pakistan Software Export Board, operating under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, is hiring a Director for People and Culture to lead its people strategy and help build a high performing, values driven organization supporting Pakistan’s growing IT and IT enabled services sector. The board is seeking a strategic human resources leader with more than 10 years of experience for the role, which is based in Islamabad.

The position calls for a candidate capable of shaping workplace culture and organizational strategy at a national institution central to Pakistan’s technology export ambitions. Interested and eligible candidates have been asked to submit their updated resumes via email or apply through the National Job Portal, with the board noting that a complete job description outlining specific responsibilities and eligibility requirements has been made available separately for prospective applicants to review.

The application deadline for the role is set for August 9, 2026, giving eligible candidates a defined window to prepare and submit their applications for consideration. Pakistan Software Export Board has emphasized that the role carries the opportunity to make a national impact, positioning it as a leadership post tied directly to shaping the organizational culture of an institution that plays a central role in Pakistan’s information technology export sector.

The hiring call adds to a series of institutional strengthening initiatives Pakistan Software Export Board has pursued in recent months, spanning workforce development programs, digital verification partnerships, and now internal leadership recruitment aimed at building organizational capacity to support the country’s expanding IT and IT enabled services sector.
