Pakistan Software Export Board has unveiled MARKAZ, a dedicated support center designed to provide continuous assistance to the country’s growing information technology sector. The initiative aims to ensure that IT companies, startups, and individual professionals have access to timely guidance on industry regulations, export opportunities, technical matters, and policy developments. With round‑the‑clock availability, MARKAZ seeks to reduce delays in addressing queries and enhance the operational efficiency of businesses engaged in both local and international markets.

MARKAZ provides a centralized point of contact where entrepreneurs and professionals can seek guidance without waiting for conventional office hours. The facility is particularly relevant for startups navigating complex compliance requirements, IT service providers exploring overseas markets, and freelancers seeking clarity on regulatory or business processes. By combining policy knowledge with practical industry insights, MARKAZ aims to support decision-making across a wide spectrum of the technology ecosystem. This approach aligns with broader efforts by the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan to position the country as a preferred destination for software and technology services.

The center operates through multiple communication channels, including a dedicated helpline and email support, ensuring that users can reach out through the mode most convenient for them. Callers can dial 0800-01010 to connect with MARKAZ specialists, while email inquiries can be directed to support@pseb.org.pk. Through this initiative, PSEB reinforces its role as a facilitator for the IT industry, bridging gaps between government frameworks, business needs, and international trade prospects. The accessibility of MARKAZ is expected to benefit both established companies and emerging enterprises, providing reliable information that can guide operational strategies and investment decisions.

Officials from PSEB highlighted that MARKAZ is part of a wider push to streamline industry engagement and enhance the overall business environment for technology-driven enterprises. By offering continuous support, the board aims to minimize bottlenecks in information access and empower industry players with accurate, timely, and actionable guidance. For stakeholders ranging from small startups to large IT exporters, the facility provides a consistent resource to navigate regulatory frameworks, explore new markets, and maintain alignment with policy developments. MARKAZ reflects Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to supporting digital transformation and strengthening the IT sector as a significant contributor to economic growth.
