Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has opened registrations for its SheWins Training Program, an initiative designed to equip women with advanced digital skills and enable them to thrive in the evolving digital economy. The program offers specialized online courses in areas such as AI-enabled e-Commerce and AI Digital Marketing with Freelancing. Designed as a two-month online bootcamp, SheWins provides participants with hands-on training and practical knowledge aimed at building careers in the digital marketplace, while offering exposure to the latest artificial intelligence tools shaping global business trends.

A fee of Rs. 25,000 has been set for participation, covering access to comprehensive training modules, expert-led sessions, and practical assignments to help learners apply digital skills in real-world scenarios. According to Faisal Yousaf, PITB Chairman, the SheWins program is part of the board’s ongoing efforts to empower women by providing them with capabilities that combine technology and artificial intelligence. He emphasized that the initiative will enable participants to establish a strong presence in the digital ecosystem, pursue professional opportunities, and contribute to transformative developments locally and globally.

The courses are structured to be accessible to women from diverse backgrounds, allowing them to learn from home while interacting with instructors and peers through virtual platforms. AI-focused modules cover practical applications in e-Commerce and digital marketing strategies, while freelancing components prepare participants to offer professional services in international markets. This dual emphasis on technical skills and market readiness ensures that participants can leverage their training to enter the workforce or launch entrepreneurial ventures with confidence. PITB’s focus on AI integration highlights the increasing role of technology in creating new career pathways and expanding access to digital platforms for women across Pakistan.

Interested candidates can complete their registration online via the SheWins website, ensuring streamlined enrollment and access to program resources. By providing structured digital skill-building opportunities, PITB aims to increase female participation in technology sectors, address skill gaps in emerging industries, and support Pakistan’s broader digital economy. The program is positioned as a step toward fostering gender-inclusive growth, equipping women with the expertise required to navigate professional and entrepreneurial opportunities in the modern, AI-driven marketplace.
