Computerworld as technology media partner of PASHA ICT Awards 2025 is proud to feature the announcements of winners in the Sustainability & Environment subcategory. This category celebrates organizations and innovators who are implementing solutions that promote environmental stewardship, sustainable practices, and measurable impact on ecological well-being in Pakistan. PASHA ICT Awards continues to highlight initiatives that address critical environmental challenges through technology and innovation.

Aabshar (Techstars24) was awarded the top honor for its Aabshar WQI platform, which focuses on water quality improvements and environmental monitoring. By leveraging technology to assess and manage water resources, Aabshar is helping communities and organizations make informed decisions that support sustainability, public health, and efficient resource management.

Runner-up recognition went to Ecoplast for its work in promoting sustainable materials and processes, and Scitforte for its ESG-focused initiatives, which provide organizations with tools to measure, manage, and report environmental, social, and governance impacts. Both organizations exemplify how technology can be applied to create lasting environmental benefits while supporting responsible business practices.

This subcategory at PASHA ICT Awards 2025 underscores the importance of sustainability as a core objective in Pakistan’s ICT sector. Recognizing Aabshar, Ecoplast, and Scitforte reflects the growing emphasis on solutions that integrate environmental responsibility with technological innovation, demonstrating how ICT can support a greener, more sustainable future.
