The Pakistan Software Houses Association is holding a second orientation session for the PASHA ICT Awards 2026 in Karachi, following a strong turnout at its first session. The upcoming session will take place at Innovista Indus and is designed to walk attendees through the details of this year’s award categories, eligibility requirements, application process and judging criteria directly from the organizers.

The decision to hold a second session reflects the level of interest the awards have generated since applications opened, with organizers describing the response to the first orientation as strong enough to justify a follow up event for those who were unable to attend or wanted additional clarity on how to apply. The session is intended to give startups, entrepreneurs, students and enterprises a clearer understanding of how the awards process works before they submit their applications.

The orientation is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, running from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Innovista Indus in Karachi. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions directly related to their specific categories and get clarity on eligibility criteria before finalizing their submissions, an approach organizers say is meant to reduce confusion during the application process and help ensure more complete, well prepared entries ahead of the deadline.

The PASHA ICT Awards continue to draw participation from a wide cross section of Pakistan’s technology industry each year, and sessions like this orientation event reflect the organization’s ongoing effort to make the application process more accessible and transparent for participants across different categories. Interested applicants can register for the Karachi orientation session through the official registration link shared by Tech Destination Pakistan ahead of the event.
