Day four of GITEX GLOBAL 2025, the world’s largest technology and startup exhibition, highlighted Pakistan’s expanding influence in the international tech arena through active participation and strategic engagements led by Pakistan Software Houses Association (PASHA). The day featured a series of significant collaborations, discussions, and business networking activities that underscored the country’s growing contribution to the global technology ecosystem. Through its participation, PASHA showcased Pakistan’s strong presence, technological capability, and commitment to international cooperation in emerging digital domains.

PASHA signed three non-binding Letters of Collaboration with KAOUN International FZE, opening pathways for Pakistan’s participation in upcoming events including GITEX AI Türkiye 2026, FLEX Global 2026, and GITEX AI LATAM – Brazil 2027. These agreements aim to extend Pakistan’s footprint beyond the Middle East, connecting its technology sector with new global markets across Europe and Latin America. The collaboration signifies an important step in fostering visibility for Pakistani companies in AI, software services, and emerging tech domains while building sustainable international business linkages.

Wateen Telecom Limited, as part of the official PASHA delegation, further reaffirmed its partnership with AAA Law Firm and Legal Consultations. The ongoing collaboration focuses on leveraging blockchain-enabled solutions to enhance legal technology frameworks, improve process transparency, and support digital compliance systems. This partnership reflects the growing intersection of legal services and digital innovation, demonstrating how Pakistani organizations are integrating cutting-edge technologies into traditional business sectors.

Senior Vice Chairman of PASHA, Muhammad Umair Nizam, along with CEC Members Sheikh Abdul Qadir and Usman Akbar, and Director Brand and Global Outreach Kheezran Khan, engaged actively with exhibitors, international investors, and technology leaders throughout the event. Their participation emphasized Pakistan’s role in the global dialogue on digital transformation and innovation. These meetings provided new opportunities to promote Pakistan’s IT exports, explore foreign investments, and expand collaboration with global technology firms and institutions.

The day concluded with a series of productive exchanges and strategic conversations that highlighted Pakistan’s collaborative approach to international engagement. Supported by Tech Destination Pakistan, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Eventage, Special Investment Facilitation Council, Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, the country’s delegation continued to strengthen its global image as a credible technology hub. GITEX GLOBAL 2025 once again proved to be a pivotal platform for PASHA and its partners to advance Pakistan’s digital aspirations, connecting innovation, entrepreneurship, and international partnerships within a unified global network.
